• While reading Brené Brown’s book, Braving The Wilderness: The Quest for True Belonging and the Courage to Stand Alone, I found a few words that really resonated with me. Okay, if I’m being honest, I found a lot within these pages that resonated with me.

  • We sometimes set impossible standards for ourselves. Everyone is guilty of this. Sometimes when we don’t reach the goals in the time frame we allotted, we struggle to give ourselves credit. We feel like we’re not good enough.

  • We expanded our Have A Nice Day Project to R.House in Remington, a neighborhood just a couple miles north of the inner harbor. Coffee cup sleeves were donated to Charmingtons, Ground & Griddled (both in Remington) and Koba Cafe (Federal Hill).

  • At Points North, we’re really big into gratitude and showing appreciation towards those who help us grow. But, it’s also important for us to be mindful of what we send, that it reflects our values and what we stand for as a company.

  • Baltimore Women in Tech is hosting Manny Ehrlich, member of the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazards Investigation Board (CSB).

  • In October, I had the pleasure of being selected as a speaker for WordCamp Baltimore. The title of my talk was “It’s Never Just A Website.”

  • We just rebranded our Instagram account and think you should join us over there. We’ve got a good mix of design, inspiration and humor.

  • We wanted to share our summer mailer, which included temporary tattoos for everyone having fun in the sun this season.
